What's it about?
This class is designed to gently stretch, lengthen, and release the muscles along the entire back of your body, from your feet to your lower back. The focus will be on alleviating tension, enhancing flexibility, and releasing years of accumulated tightness. After a grounding practice centered on breath and presence, you'll engage in stretches targeting the feet, calves, shins, hamstrings, quads, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and lower back, which will help release stored tension and improve flexibility. Utilizing props like blocks, balls, rollers, bolsters, and straps will make the class accessible for all levels, enabling you to discover your own unique expression of each pose based on your body's current state.
