Crystal Ceremony

Rooted in cultural traditions, a Crystal Ceremony encourages personal growth, energy harmony, and holistic healing through the distinctive vibrational frequencies of crystals. Participants take part by selecting their preferred crystals, holding them, meditating, and aligning their chakra points, which promotes emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Led by Vanessa, the ceremonies incorporate intention setting, gentle yoga, and crystal meditation, fostering unity and compassion.
